Has some really good recipe ideas and it writes a table out for each section. You want to follow the meal plan. I would like more pictures as I like to know what the end result should look like. There is no pictures for any of the recipes
I really like this book the recipes are really simple , very simple recipes to appeal to several tastes nothing exotic , if you want an exotic cookbook this is not for you , it gives options for slow cookers in some recipes and tells you how the items can or cannot be frozen after making them . Good purchase
This was a great book when I was ACTUALLY meal prepping. There’s helpful storage and freezing/preserving tips included which I like, and the recipes are pretty tasty. My only issue would be that a lot of the recipes include a lot of ingredients and some aren’t the cheapest. I’m a college student so my grocery budget is limited. Other than that it’s a really cool book that lists BMI and ways to lose weight.
