I call these my “Gina packs” and they have come in so handy. I’m currently carrying a very large child and the pressure is fierce. So every evening I sit on one of these and my goodness it’s so much relief. The sleeves that are included are just too time consuming to put on and take off every use or these would be a five star item. I cannot wait to use them after birth for downstairs pain and for breastfeeding pains! Definitely recommend.
Simply amazing ! Trust me if you need these ! Live that they are very malleable. The cloth sleeves are soft , comfy and easy to simply hand wash after use . Takes about 2 hours to fully freeze according to package. At the rate I needed to be iced the quick freeze was great . GET THEM ! PUT ON YOUR REGISTRY!!!
Bought these to help with the recovery after a rectocele repair but ended up not needing them as the recovery was really easy. But I kept these and now using them to ice my foot after a foot surgery. These are very nice! Great quality, great packaging. Love the little black covers that can be put on and then washed. Very nice.
I had an all natural childbirth which was painful. But the pain I experienced at home was another story. I was extremely lucky to have a smooth delivery, although I did require a few stitches. The nurse told me I was going to be sore, but I did not anticipate the burning! The pain is indescribable.
Applying cold to the area provided me so much relief. It helped tremendously with the burning sensation, and itchiness.
Perineal ice packs are a must have for after birth. These in particular have the cutest packaging making it so much nicer to pack in your hospital bag.
These were a far better quality than I expected, very nice packaging and can be easily cleaned. I would suggest hang drying the covers as they fit just right, If dried they may shrink and not fit around the ice pack. Other than that, They are fantastic! Great for after delivery. You can also warm them and lay them across your breast to help with let down if you're nursing. They make great hot/cold packs for back aches and boo-boos too 😊
Really liked that it came with a couple covers so don't have to keep washing the same one over and over again as I did with other similar like products. I really like that it can be hot or cold. So was really nice when I ran out of ice pads from the hospital after having my baby. Then was great to warm up right before I feed my baby to help with milk flow while breastfeeding or pumping.
