I got this because I needed a small and light dashcam to go on the rear window glass of my wife's crossover. You can't use a suction cup mount on the rear glass because of the heater elements - it just falls off. So this one, with its adhesive tape, works really well. Its lens angle is just sufficient to be used on the close-to-vertical glass, and because it's light, I don't think it will fall off (unlike heavier dashcams I've tried to attach with double-sided tape). It comes with a spare piece of tape. Easy to set up; I'm not convinced that the image quality is as good as some more expensive dashcams, but it should be good enough to document a collision.
This camera is quite compact which makes it very discrete when mounted up high beside the rearview mirror. The wide angle lens completely covers the front of the vehicle and surroundings so everything is in view. It also has a large aperture which is very good for night video.
Due to its overall small size, the LCD screen is quite small but is more than sufficient for aligning the angle of the adjustable lens, however for playback you will want to pull the micro SD card and put in in your computer or phone.
One of the nice inclusions is an extra USB charging port on the 12v adapter which lets you charge another device like your phone as well.
Overall pleased with the video and audio quality for an entry level compact camera, this one certainly meets my needs.

Compact discrete dashcam

This camera is quite compact which makes it very discrete when mounted up high beside the rearview mirror. The wide angle lens completely covers the front of the vehicle and surroundings so everything is in view. It also has a large aperture which is very good for night video.

Great dash-cam with great features

When I got the package, I liked how well everything was packed, also that the size of the package was just right for all that came with it. Inside, you can find the dashcam, but also some other items to help you set up the dashcam in the car and hide the cables around the windshield, I liked that they came with those tools which made the job a lot easier. Also I really liked that the car charger has an additional USB port, so I can use it to charge other devices.
The cam has a good image, and is really easy to set up. Also have a lot of features that would give you peace of mind, like parking mode, which is one of the features I was looking for in a dashcam and I am really happy with the purchase I made.

I've owned dash cams since they appeared on the market, my previous one was PapaGo, before that I used DOD dash cam, and the very first one had just a VGA resolution as it was many years ago. All my previous cameras were less than satisfactory to me, because they were quite bulky - some required huge suction cups and arm mounts, others were clipped onto the rear-view mirror and the mount was flimsy and insecure. I was shopping around for a discreet camera that can be mounted directly onto the windshield behind the mirror as I hate my field of view being obstructed. It took me a long time to find a suitable model either because reviews were not very good or the price was way too high. After some time I decided to buy this Apeman and it's exactly what I needed. Indeed, I had difficulty taking pictures for this review because the camera is virtually invisible behind my wide panoramic mirror - therefore I apologize for the weird angles of my shots attached here. I tried to show that the camera is visible only if you look from the side or below, but it is completely out of sight when you drive! The device is small and lightweight (about the size of a matchbox) yet it has surprisingly many settings in its menu. I found the footage to be clear even in dim conditions, when driving around the city with normal night lighting. So far so good, I haven't had any issue with the cam since when I bought it.

Excellent tiny device that won't obstruct the view

This dash cam has amazing display quality. I can see the images very clearly and it tucks away nice behind my rear view mirror. I love the micro SD card slot, so I can save content when needed. I use this as a security camera in my driveway as well and it is awesome!!!

Great Compact Dashcam

This Apeman C370 compact dash cam mounts nicely behind the rear view mirror with no obstruction. It is so totally out of sight that that you forget that you have one. The cable was easy to install around the windshield with the mini-crowbar supplied with the dash cam. Good Compact Unit Wide Screen Camera

I installed the camera using the tool provided. The 12v adapter for the power has a long cable, and I hide all the wires all the way to the top of the windshield. The 3M sticker is good, I tried to adjust it after and it did not move. The dashcam is small footprint, and I installed to the recommendation of the instruction manual. The widescreen shot as you can see is clear. The only function I changed is the date. Everything else is default, super convenient. The accuracy is on point, the packaging is nice. Great product for the cost.
