Lots of helpful hints about the diet and IBS. However it takes ages having to look up all equivalent measures and temperatures which takes away from the usability of recipes. Also still need to purchase and download Monash app to continue on after 28 days.
The recipes use a lot of peanut butter and or maple syrup so are quite sweet. Found the sauces to be quite thin maybe a miscalculation due to changing between cup and grams. Basic principles work but these recipes are additional work and not quite to my tastes.

I liked the explanation of what Fodmap is, but the actual recipes are very disappointing. I was expecting recipes using real foods which are low-Fodmap, not normal recipes with ingredients like "Three slices of low-Fodmap bread" and "low Fodmap pasta" . Also the method to reintroduce higher-Fodmap foods was glossed over and not properly explained. Disappointing book.
