I have lost count of how many hue lights I have, both inside and out. A great invention due to being able to operate from the other side of the planet. I've installed mine on my garage and I've now ordered 2 more for my garden. Great quality and despite someone's review here saying it's not easy to install, I disagree as it's so simple. 2 screws to hold the backing plate to the wall and 2 screws to hold the lamp to the plate and 3 mains wires (live, neutral and earth). Admittedly, it's only 2 screws holding light to plate so anyone could steal it easily (remember they aren't cheap). Only criticism I have is the same as my 4 garden spots, they really need to be brighter. When a colour is selected you have to max up the brightness to get a decent effect, and even at max it's not always enough (depending on where it is). The finish on all lights are of high standards.

I love this light, completes the look of any house in my opinion, when installing; screws holding the light to the junction box can be quite fiddly to get in, but this is cured by putting a dust sheet underneath. Would also be great if the lights could be brighter

This fixture is really lovely, but the brightness is disappointing.
I’ve tried all colours, but it’s still dull. If I hadn’t already paid to have it installed, I would have returned for something else.

Great design just a little pricey

Once you get the light up it looks great however for price paid the fittings are really poor.

The wall bracket is plastic and the light is held in by two tiny non magnetised screws which you will more than likely loose.

Die Außenlampen sind schon wirklich gut verarbeitet und machen daher qualitativ einen hochwertigen Eindruck. Die Einbindung in die Philips Hue Bridge hat ohne Probleme funktioniert. Das Anbringen am oder auf dem Putz war relativ gut machbar. Gut ist auch, dass man die Löcher für die Schrauben selber bohren kann, bzw. muss, da diese nicht vorgebohrt sind. So kann man das Loch derart platzieren, dass der große Rand eines Dämmstoffdübels hinter der Lampe verschwindet. Ich ziehe einen Stern ab, da die bestellte Lampe einen Fehler in der Lackierung hat, wie man auf den Bildern gut erkennen kann. Leider hatte ich die Lampe bereits montiert, bevor mir das aufgefallen ist. Sehr ärgerlich, da ich 6 weitere Lampen bei einem anderen Anbieter bestellt habe (bei diesem Anbieter ausverkauft) die alle tiefschwarz sind. Die Verpackung dieser einzelnen Lampe war überdies schon stark beschädigt, die Lampe zum Glück jedoch nicht. Über die Haltbarkeit der Lampen (insgesamt 7 Stück) kann ich noch nichts sagen. Für den Preis und dafür, dass das Leuchtmittel nicht zu wechseln ist, (ein weiterer Stern Abzug) hoffe ich, dass sie viele Jahre halten werden. Schade auch, dass es die Lampen nicht in RAL 7016 oder anderen Farben gibt. Trotz der beiden Sterne, die ich abziehen musste, kann ich die Leuchten ganz klar empfehlen, zumal aktuell wenig bis nichts vergleichbares am Markt zu finden ist...

Die Strahler machen bei „weisslicht“ eine absolut zufriedenstellend Helligkeit, so bald man aber ins Farbspektrum geht, nimmt die Helligkeit deutlich ab. Was natürlich klar ist, dennoch hätte ich mir fur Fassadenleuchten etwas mehr Output gewünscht. Das anbringen ist ruckzuck erledigt, nur das man die Löcher in der Halterung die an die wand kommt noch selber bohren muss, ist irgendwie merkwürdig aber wich schnell erledigt. Die Teile machen zumindest einen sehr robusten Eindruck und dank Hue ist die Bedienung kinderleicht.

Ich habe mir mehr Helligkeit davon versprochen. Dies funktioniert allerdings nur wenn man dann auch helles Licht wie einen weiß ton wählt. Ansonsten bin ich vom Produkt her überzeugt allerdings benötigt man wirklich zwei Stück davon die ich tatsächlich auch bestellt habe.

Leider ist die Lieferung nicht ganz Schadenfrei verlaufen, Kartonage war direkt beschädigt, naja und wie es Äußerlich aussah so entsprechend auch die Überraschung am Teil! Sehr gut beschädigt. An der Funktion Zweifel ich nicht, die Produkte sind super.
Update 2 Tage später.:
Nach Rückversand hat es nur 2 Tage gedauert bis der Ersatz da war, sehr gut! Was nun mit dem beschädigten Teil passiert möchte ich nicht wissen, wäre gut gewesen wenn hier der Händler mit mir Kontakt aufgenommen hätte und das beschädigte Teil mit Preisnachlass und Austausch gegen neu oder sonstige Szenarien vorgeschlagen hätte. Nicht jeder Schaden ist zwingend sichtbar.
