To calculate the overall star rating and percentage breakdown by star, we don’t use a simple average. Instead, our system considers things like how recent a review is and if the reviewer bought the item on Amazon. It also analyses reviews to verify trustworthiness.
Where to even begin? The fact that it usually won't connect to my Win10 computer, or will disconnect itself as it feels, that's just annoying. The fact that even when I load MP3 onto it, it reads card empty is a bigger issue. Video/music movies? Forget it. Tried in six different formats, none worked. E-books? won't load.
The "directions" a little fold out, don't seem to match up - though I Did particularly like the part where they wrote: "We have gave every product one year warranty." - Things went downhill from there...
Good sound quality on the two little test tracks included, but if you want anymore than that Avoid Like The Plague! I don't usually leave Bad reviews but if I could give this thing less than one star I would. I'm feeling absolutely screwed. Its cheap, but still.
My second IPOd nano packed up and I needed a replacement but couldnt afford the apple prices. I thought these looked like a cheap rip off but worth a risk. Firstly this is no IPOD nano replacement. The inbuilt software and navigation isnt a patch on the apple device and it doesnt have podcast support. The screen display isnt a patch on the IPOD and it is not touch screen either. Sound quality is Ok but again it is not even close to the Nano and when plugged into external speakers it is a lot quieter. On the plus side it has 32BGB of memory and its easy to add files through explorer. A problem with the apple device which relies on ITUNES. The provided headphones are OK and no worse than the stuff apple gives you but sound worse as the player isnt as good. I had Aftermarket ear buds on the Nano that cost 5 times more than this player and they were incredible. Havent tried them on this. It took me a long while to figure out how to get a particular track or folder to play as it is not obvious but I eventually figured it out. This was a deal breaker for me and I was all set to buy something else. The included user manual is Junk. You have to stop the track playing Press Menu till you get folder Use the left and right arrows to navigate to the folder you want select with menu Navigate to a track within that folder Press Menu Press the central button You get what you pay for but if you just want something to listen too when doing the garden, having a bath or down at the gym your 20 dollars is well spent
First, it came in a color I didnt order but oh well. I loaded music onto it which was easy enough pretty standard drag and drop from my computer via usb. However, it arranges the music on the device in order of how you put the music on. Most devices sort alphabetically. Any other way will not work for me. You would never be able to find specific songs is you have a good deal of them. The buttons are not user friendly. They are opposite what youd expect. Was immediatley put off after trying it. I hate it.
My 9 year old wanted an mp3 player for his birthday. Unfortunately, he isnt great about keeping track of his belongings. So this low priced player fit the bill. If it happens to get lost or damaged it wont be the end of the world. Sound quality seems fine. Was pretty straight forward to load the songs, i just copied or dragged in the music files I already had from my computer. The menu on the device may take a little getting used too, but I think my 9 year old will get the hang of it.
I ordered the Blue player, and received Silver. As this is a gift, I didn't have time to send for a replacement.
I bought this mp3 player in march 2020 with a 3 year protection plan because it was cheap. About a month later the player broke, I contacted the plan people and they sent me a new one. This one lasted just as long, the screen, on/off button, and the card, slid down into the mp3. I contacted them again and they sent me a new one. The screen cracked on this new one and when I am in the middle of listening to something, it shuts off, so I turn it back on and it brings me to another album. So I contacted them again and they seem to be getting fed up with me for getting so many free mp3s from them. But this time they aren't so willing to send me a new one which is what I bought the plan for. I'm getting tired of having to call again and again and this last time, not get another mp3.
And you probably wondering, how I handle it? I carry it in my pocket most of the time. I had an mp3 player that my brother had had for many years-I also carried it in my pocket all the time-and it still works, the only reason I looked for a new one was because I wanted more space on the card. If they made these mp3s a lot more durable I might recommend them. So don't buy this player unless you like to have your things break easily.
This thing is a TOTAL waste of money. Navigation takes some getting used to, but possible with trial and error. Instructions leave allot to be desired. If manufacturing really needs to save money by not printing instructions they should at least put something in the internet. I am returning this item because it consistently shuts off and resets. Not talking about something as simple as stops playing music, it resets all the settings so you have to go through set up and navigate through everything just to play the music you where listening to in the first place. Oh wait..... after all that, it just reset again after 20 seconds of play time and now you get to start over. One good thing is that it does have a FM radio player (which is also affected by resets and shut downs). But wait, after having reception of local stations for the past couple weeks, now all i get is static. So much for the good thing. The shut downs and resets are unpredictable in their consistency. One day it works fine but the next day it's doing what it does best. If you don't have enough frustration in your life and you have too much money laying around, i recommend you go ahead and get this thing (the colors are pretty). But if you are normal, go find something else.
My of my what a joke of a toy! The menu is almost impossible to use. For some reason songs play for 10 seconds or so then jump to next song. By the time you do figure out how to use this player the battery will be dead and the buttons will be warn out. Finally got songs on player and the ear piece wire is having issues. Cannot hear the vocals unless i hold the wire at player base. Total trash, sending it back.
I was very disappointed by the way my shipping was handled. From Amazon it went to UPS then to a branch where I had to pick up. Then the instructions were horrible, very hard to understand and use, the battery it last the most 2 hours. Very disappointed but you get for what you pay.
GOOD - It's small enough to keep in my pocket while working out. The sound is decent. The Radio function is decent. Don't need to use the other functions like ebook, photo, movie, record, voice: therefore I can't comment on them.
BAD - I ordered a 32GB as advertised but received a 16GB. I order Blue but received Black. The Music function doesn't have a playlist, therefore, you're forced to listen to whatever song comes next instead of choosing what song you want at the moment. The price is cheap at $21.99, therefore I can't complain to much. I'm not sure if it's worth it to spend the money to return it for the correct one that I originally ordered.
I got this pretty cheap and should've expected low quality. This is made out of really cheap plastic. For the most music playing devices, turning on Shuffle is done with one or two buttons/clicks, but with this you have to go through so many settings and the shuffle barely even works. What ends up happening is it will make a single shuffle playlist and that's it. Sometimes a song will play, stop and start the playlist all over again. Not to mention, somehow, even if you select a different song to start, it'll go back to that same playlist, so despite having over a hundred songs, I'd only listen to a handful of them. If you want cheap and listen to maybe 50 songs, this mp3 is for you. But don't buy if you have a lot of songs.
