Theres a reason this game has been remastered so many times - aside from Nintendo repeatedly milking this cash cow.
Gameplay is slightly lacking compared to Xenoblade Chronicles 2, but makes up for it with an arguably better storyline.
Compare to the previous version of this game, the definitive edition adds some gameplay improvement and higher quality graphics. However the animation and voice over have been kept largely the same. It also comes with a new chapter acting as a preclude to the game.
Ultimately only worth purchasing if you've never played it before.
