Build quality looks decent from the outside. Inside must not be as good since one of the strap's battery cannot be used. Unable to test out the rest of the kit as it needs to work together as a whole.
Already took nearly a month to get the package. Best to order the straps without a battery. Less that can go wrong then.
One tracker was unable to charge AT ALL out of the box and the other broken one kept the light on forever no matter what I did. The 3rd tracker charged like normal. I contacted Rebuff Reality through their website on Dec 26 and they replied 4 days later on Dec 30. I kept in contact for 2 full weeks. I included a full video of my problem, my invoice, order number and contact information. They always took more then 4 days to reply and kept stalling. They even asked if I read the instruction manual.... Rebuff Reality just wanted the 30 days to be finished to not refund me so I just did it through amazon. Honestly, contacting them is not worth the hassle. I expect more from a premium product.
I've had my TrackStraps for about a little over a month and last night when I unplugged the coil cable so I could charge them the white bit in the Strap got stuck in the cable some how and why? It only happened to one of them the other 2 are fine.
