I have used many recipes from this book and love them all so far. The only thing that I would have to complain about is the way that it is indexed. Because the names of the recipes are a bit of fun, one doesn't always remember what it was called. If I could search by food group and then titles, it might be easier becasuse it would be less to look through. Just a thought.

Awesome book by great authors! I’ve been looking forward to getting this book since I use the original all the time. The organization of this cookbook is so helpful, and even has separate sections for the Instant Pot sizes that are less common. You can use these recipes with most any electric pressure cooker, the authors are in multiple Facebook Instant Pot groups to answer questions, and unlike many Instant Pot cookbooks, they do so. much. testing!

I own 400+ cookbooks so the last thing I need is a repeat of recipes that I have already. This book provides a refreshing change to common comfort food; adapted to the Instant Pot but also modern enough to use healthier ingredients and favorite tastes. First recipe I tried was the "Not Quite Chipotle Cilantro Lime Rice" and I was blown away by the steamed rice method. I have cooked rice in a rice cooker, on the stove, using the pressure cooker, and baked in the oven. I have NEVER tried steamed rice in a pressure cooker before. I will enjoy cooking through this book!
