The Good: -Simple recipes -5 ingredients make it so much less daunting -Great for busy people -Great for people that don’t like to cook or don’t know how to cook
The Bad: -None
The Bottom Line: I followed the instructions and read this book twice before using it. It has a great intro with a bunch of kitchen tips. My wife and I are not good cooks and we don’t like most recipe books because just looking at the list of ingredients makes me scared. This quick and easy book is great since it has limited ingredients and has simple instructions. There are recipes for breakfast, lunch, dinner, dessert, etc. We’ve tried several dinner recipes and they’d turned out great. Overall, I would highly recommend this his quick and easy 5-ingredient cookbook if you don’t like to cook or don’t know how to cook.

Eileen is a master at creating EASY recipes that are delicious and instill confidence for those just starting to find their way around the kitchen. Plus, she offers plenty of helpful tips and suggestions for infusing flavor in everyday dishes. Written with an approachable style, you'll feel like you have a friend guiding you every step of the way to create amazing meals like Pan-Seared Pork Chops and Parmesan Spinach or Balsamic-and-Honey-Glazed Salmon. I'd highly recommend this book for beginning cooks, college students, or newly weds.
The recipes are easy to make and don’t need many items to make them. I would recommend this cook book to everyone but especially to those who like to complete the cooking process quick and those who may not have the time to spare.
I bought this as a gift for my grandson who recently moved into his first apartment. It looks to be just what he needs (although he may not know it yet!). A nice variety of recipes with good directions and pictures.
These are not actually 5 ingredient recipes - with most of them you need one of her “special” dressings or mustard - which takes 5 ingredients to make in its own but she counts it as just one ingredient in the actual recipe- don’t waste your money
