Purchased after reading the many positive reviews and can only but agree that it is an excellent camera for the price. Does everything it claims, highly recommend Edit liked it so much I’ve bought some more as they are all controlled under the one app
Very Nice camera , bought 2 of these , one for front yard and one for backyard. Got both of them working in few mins. You should order micro sd cards as reolink will only let you upload to cloud for one camera for free . If you have more than one camera you will need to subscribe. So I also bought 2 of 32gb micro sd cards as well. Earlier I had ordered other expensive brand with 3 times the cost till I found these . I am very happy with my purchase.
I encountered an issue with connecting the Lumus camera to my Mesh WiFi network in AP mode. Ended up using a seperate WiFi router which ended up working out just fine, while keeping the camera network traffic off of my Mesh network.
Was able to setup in minutes and get it running. The connectivity to my wifi network is sometimes glitchy which is obviously because of the distance from router. Otherwise its nice to be able to monitor my home from anywhere and it served my purpose
5.0 out of 5 starsDon't like subscriptions? This is perfectly capable without paying a cent after purchase

I've used many security cameras from the big name branded companies as well as the cheap no name offerings here on Amazon and I have yet to be as impressed as I have with Reolink. When you buy a camera like this, the app and general ecosystem matters and the app the reolink uses is good and holds it's own against the big players while the ecosystem offers cameras at varying prices for pretty much any use case.
I always use my own SD cards with these camera and this one accepted my random no name kinda shady card just fine.
It has good wifi range and I have had no issues seeing it up in the perimeter of my property. That being said, my wifi coverage is quite strong so YMMV.
This particular camera does very well in terms of notifying me virtually instantly about detections and I am able to see the event from phone screen off to the app within seconds. It also has fantastic night performance and provides sharp and detailed calories at night
Absolutely would recommend this camera. I dislike subscriptions and find that this is perfectly capable without one.
