I just spent a couple hours looking through this book and it's pretty great! A lot of good information, variety, and seemingly something for everyone. The only thing lacking is how to make the soups lower in sodium. For those who need to limit sodium intake, I would recommend any canned vegetables or beans be the no salt added variety. Or cook your own dried beans ahead of time. (An Instant Pot is great for that!) Overall a very good book that will get a lot of use.
If you want to eat healthy, and love soups, this is a great cookbook for you! One of the first things I like about this book is the list for building a superfood pantry. Having things on hand really helps me out a lot! There are a lot of unique recipes in this book, and the ingredients are mostly all things I like. I haven't made any recipe from this book, so far ,that I did not enjoy. They have all been delicious! Give it a try. You can never have too many recipes and especially recipes that do your body so much good!
