I was surprised by the amount of coverage this has. It feels nice on the face, not heavy. I got Diaz ST-7 which is a great match for my light medium neutral skin tone. It hasn’t turned orange- oxidized. It does have a dewy finish but on my dry skin not an over the top dewy look. I would imagine if you have oily skin you won’t care for this. The only thing I don’t care for is the dropper. I prefer a squeeze bottle as I like to put foundation, sunscreen on my fingers first, then apply to my face. Great mineral sunscreen foundation serum. A product I would actually repurchase.
This is the best makeup.it conditions your skin when you put it on but be very careful not to use a lot because then your face will look shiny. it has the protection it has moisture it doesn't feel sticky it goes on smooth I like to use the sponge to apply it after I've put it on my face to smooth it it goes a long way you're not using a lot this stuff is awesome not to mention the fact it's clean.
I am giving this 3 stars because although I don't care for the product on me I think it maybe good for others. I was excited to try it after seeing it is tinted with SPF. I live in a humid place. It's hot all year. I live at the water. I saw that Lo Bosworth from the hills uses this. I am a fan of hers and her skin is impeccable. I knew I had to try it! I felt my skin was dry until using this. I feel it has given me breakouts since it's a bit oily. Which I'm not at all happy with. I do like the look of it on. Although I don't think I got the right color. I feel I could have gone a shade darker. Maybe I would like it more if it looked more tinted for me. I got the Diaz. I have medium skin tones. I was going off the reviews and the model pictures to compare my skin type. Personally I think this is expensive for what you get. I have used CC creams with SPF and love them. I also have loved my IT cosmetics cc cream with SPF. I noticed this creases in my skin in some areas. Also it comes off easily on clothing ect. It is really lightweight and I don't notice a bad smell at all. I actually feel it barely has a smell. I like that it feels clean on my skin. I'm in my early 30s and have pretty good skin I'm told. I just don't think this was the product for me.
The spf function of this product is the good news. Zinc oxide is very effective sunscreen but it leaves a chalky finish that is slow to absorb and is thick. My 72 yr old sensitive skin has been subjected to years of sun exposure and now I live in a desert climate where single digit humidity is common. In order for this product to look half decent on me, I have to blot my wrinkles, add a smoother tinted moisturizer and a top layer of lotion sunscreen to get any kind of glow. The color I chose was slightly too light which adds to my ghostly appearance. I will keep it because of the cost but it's a lot of work to make this be right for my skin type. There is no irritation from the product.
I purchased this after seeing the FB ads. It started burning my face about 2 mins after I put it on. Washed it off right away but my face was red and irritated all day. The next day it was better. Be careful if you have sensitive skin. The color is much lighter when you first put in on but does darken after a few minutes.
I am so in love with this product! I have been using it for about a month now, and my skin looks amazing. No new breakouts (which is a miracle with my acne-prone/borderline dry skin. I can get a pimple if a new product looks at me wrong!), and I glow like nobody’s business. I don’t even bother with other foundation type makeup. My morning routine is now cleanse, tone, vitamin C serum, and then once absorbed, this goes on to complete! So happy I found this!
