Bonnie & Clyde, Book 4, is the best in the series thus far! I hated for it to end. This ultimately 8 book series should be read in order, as each book builds on the characters and you soon feel like you live in Bliss, GA!

The relationship between Bonnie and Sheriff Wright deepens, and once again you participate in past pain, but future happiness. This book appears to cement their feelings for each other and I look forward to their future together.

What I like about Lindsay’s series is she creatively combines mystery, dead bodies, with romance. Often you get just the mystery with a very slowly developing relationship that doesn’t go anywhere.

I can’t wait for Book 5 due out in May! Julie Anne Lindsay, you’ve outdone yourself!

We're back in Bliss and this time Bonnie's new friend Louisa is the one in trouble when her ex wants custody of her prized hen, Thelma. Eventually, the hen goes missing and the ex is found dead. He's the only one who wanted the hen. If he's dead, then who has Thelma? Are both crimes related? Join Bonnie and her furry sidekick, Clyde, as they figure out the who dun it.

I really love Bonnie's continued growth in the series as she deals with personal matters and stands up for herself when a certain jerk comes into town. And I love the deeper introduction to Thelma and Louisa. It's the perfect thing to get us excited for the spin off!

I have devoured this series and cannot wait for the release of book 5. This series has “magic” but it is very subtle. You know it has to be there in the cat, the plants and the bookstore. That is just an underlying theme in the series, with the main character stumbling over murders and solving them while building a new relationship, finding herself and standing up to her ex. I am excited for the series spin offs too, Louisa and Thelma will be an excellent investigative team to match Bonnie and Clyde. So what if Thelma is a chicken and Clyde a cat

Her shop has made a name for itself and Gigi's is almost open. Bonnie' s new friend Louisa and her sidekick Thelma are a hoot! When Louisa needs help, Bonnie jumps right in, even if it means spending time in her rival town, Cromwell.
