It provides easy to understand reasons about why a paleo lifestyle will improve your health. Then it provides a clear outline of what to eat for 30 days to eliminate toxic foods and to figure out what foods you have an intolerance to.
I followed the program and beat my sugar addiction, increased my energy levels throughout the day, lost weight, improved my skin condition and stopped taking hay-fever medication.
Now three months later I've introduced some foods (cheese, paleo breads and desserts) back in but still mainly stick to the program and I don't think I could every go back to eating the way I did before. A life changing book!
