This book from dumpling wunderkind Brendan Pang is awesome. It has so many different dumpling recipes but also includes instructions on how to make various sauces and also how to make the different kinds of wrappers and indeed how to fold them. There is also a great selection of side dishes to make along with your dumplings. The book is very well presented throughout and has great step by step pictorial folding instructions for the various styles of dumplings. Every dumpling recipe refers to the wrapper type to make and what page to find it on as well as what sauces to make and also where to find those. Pretty much every Chinese style dumpling I've ever eaten is in the book and then some. If you love your dumplings, you'll love this book!
