Customer Review

Compared to the Pro 2, there are some improvements, but also some steps back.
The higher resolution, bigger battery, magnetic charging and ability to view locally stored footage via app are good changes. The claim that the locally stored footage can be securely accessed via VPN is a lie and has not been "fixed" for over a year now.
However, the base unit now only has one light indicator and the documentation is pretty much useless for diagnosing a problem; this is compounded by the base station taking a long time (like 15 minutes) to actually start and have a blue light for good when everything has been set up correctly.
The Pro 3 is incredibly easy to steal. If you bolted down the Pro 2, only the battery can be stolen, but with the Pro 3, all the essential hardware can be stolen with a press of a button, leaving only a useless hollow case.
Note that the case of the camera is not magnetic, only the magnetic base is.
Came with an AU power supply and one magnetic charging cable. They should've made it a magnetic type A or type C (which already exist) since these proprietary cables cost way too much. The 3 pack comes with 2 magnetic and 1 screw-on mount.
The add-on camera is easy to add on, comes with one magnetic mount and one magnetic cable which is nice, no power supply though.
The cameras charge at 5V, 2A, not quick charge which is different to Pro 2.
