When I first tried this out, it seemed to work. But when I went to use it last weekend, one in 10 times it records a very low temperature, around 32 or 33 degrees. I thought maybe it was not very accurate as it is supposed to be non-touch. So I took the lid off to test out the 'in ear' temperature. Same, still said I was sitting at 33 degrees and so was my friend and so was my hubby. Now, I can tell you we were not cold. I have requested a refund.
