Ok, so these are cheap and effective but the inserts for L & R are not the right shape or size for Bose headphones.
They don’t fit properly into the inner part so I will have to find an alternative pair or wash and reuse the Bose originals which I have had to keep for the above reason.
In saying that they are very cheap and easy to replace.
